Returns Policy

Apart from the exceptions listed below unwanted items may be returned at the buyers expense within 10 days of purchase

Returns will be eligible for a credit note which can be set against a future purchase in store or online - cash refunds are not offered (unless goods are faulty)

Please note we do NOT accept returns of the following items : earrings, goods that have been worn or otherwise used ,Christmas items after Friday 11th December, all furniture items and items on SALE

If an item arrives damaged or plainly faulty please inform us within 48 hours of receipt
